侍酒師認證可陳年Moscato d’asti

聽說前一陣子，有人熱烈討論Moscato d’asti這種微甜微氣泡酒到底能不能陳年？坦白說，同樣是Moscato d’asti，也會因為不同酒莊而有差異。

不過，至少國外一群侍酒師在品飲過Saracco Moscato d’Asti後，替這款酒蓋上「可陳年」認證章；他們在2016喝 Saracco Moscato dAsti垂直年份，覺得陳放16年的的2000年酒質還很優，而陳年8年的2008年最棒。

原文：「the older Saracco Moscatos revealed notes of mint and lemongrass as they matured but didn’t appear to suffer at all from cellar age. The 2000 was tasting just fine; Horn’s favorite vintage was the 2008. “My tasting notes,” he says, “say things like, ‘Holy shit, this is delicious!」
