在香檳的世界，大型酒商一直是市場的霸主，香檳區的葡萄農多半把葡萄賣給酒商，酒商挾著豐沛的行銷資源，成為市場上的寵兒。

不過，有一群香檳酒農，他們從耕作、釀造到銷售親力親為，希望呈現自有葡萄園的風土。大家都知道團結力量大，於是這些酒農成立Club Tresors de Champagne獨立香檳聯盟，並一起推出掛上「Special Club」*為名的酒款行銷全球，希望集眾人之力，在大酒商的夾縫中走出一條自己的路。

所有掛上「Special Club」的酒，必須至少95%來自自有的葡萄園，並經歷兩個階段專家的盲測（dégustations à l'aveugle），一次品評基酒（vin clair），第二次是經歷二次瓶中發酵並泡渣（sur lie）長達三年後，進行最後階段的決選。只有通過雙重評選的香檳，才能冠上「Spécial Club」。

今天介紹這款Henri Goutorbe "Spécial Club" Grand Cru Brut Millésime 2006，是現今Club Tresors de Champagne會長的傑作，酒款的葡萄來自Grand Cru Aÿ村莊；這個村莊是香檳區種植黑皮諾的聖地，也被譽為「Champagne of Kings」，生產出兼具力道和優雅，充滿迷人複雜度的酒款。如果Aÿ在布根地，就是Vosne-Romanee村。
