Beaune 最具天賦的釀酒師

識人無數的美國膜拜酒莊 Colgin 的莊主 Ann Colgin 於2002年接手布根地酒商 Maison Camille Giroud 之後，立即聘請了 David Croix 擔任釀酒師並大刀闊斧的改革，將 Maison Camille Giroud 的酒質提昇到一個歷史的新境界。David Croix 也在此期間創立了自己的酒莊 Domaine des Croix。

《La Revue du Vin de France》認為他「是復興 Maison Camille Giroud 的關鍵人物！」

而在 Camille Giroud 工作前，David Croix 還曾在 Comte Armand 接受過 Benjamin Leroux 的指導，經歷不可謂不豐富。直至 2016 年從 Camille Giroud 卸任。

白酒巨頭 Roulot 的招募

2017年，布根地白酒巨頭之一 Domaine Roulot 邀請 David Croix 擔任酒莊釀酒師，無疑是對他天份的最佳肯定！

《Bourgogne Aujourd’hui》雜誌曾專訪 David，並讚譽他是一位極有天賦的優秀釀酒師。 2021年被《Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France》選評為2星酒莊。

David 用他精湛的釀酒技藝，讓世人了解伯恩丘的巨大價值，重新喚起大眾對這片獨特風土的關注。
