David Croix 對葡萄園的細緻管理展現出 Beaune 地區少見的結構與質感，其 「Pertuisots」、「Grèves」和「Bressandes」更被譽為頂尖的 1er Cru。 這個酒莊不僅擁有四個來自 Beaune 的 Premier Cru，「Corton-Charlemagne」白酒和「Corton Grand Cru」也備受推薦。
Domaine des Croix 亮點酒款：「 Beaune 1er Cru Les Bressandes」 和 「Corton-Grèves Grand Cru」，結構優雅，蘊含深層的黑莓、香料及礦物質風味。

白酒巨頭 Roulot 的招募

2017年，布根地白酒巨頭之一 Domaine Roulot 邀請 David Croix 擔任酒莊釀酒師，無疑是對他天份的最佳肯定！

《Bourgogne Aujourd’hui》雜誌曾專訪 David，並讚譽他是一位極有天賦的優秀釀酒師。 2021年 Domaine des Croix 被《Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France》選評為2星酒莊。

膜拜酒莊釀酒顧問

David Croix 擔任釀酒師並大刀闊斧的改革，《La Revue du Vin de France》認為他「是復興 Maison Camille Giroud 的關鍵人物！」將美國膜拜酒莊 Maison Camille Giroud 酒質提昇到歷史新境界。曾在 Comte Armand 接受過 Benjamin Leroux 的指導，直至 2016 年卸任，David Croix 創立 Domaine des Croix。
