酒莊的強項可不只這樣。它更擁有一級獨占園 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru "Morgeot-Clos Pitois"！

此園自西元 1421 年便有種植紀錄，是 Chassagne 南方 Morgeot 一級園組最有名地塊，1855 年布根地專家 Jules Lavalle 更將其列為五級中，最高等級 "Hors Ligne"。
