山鷸莊園的<畫家之毫>系列教皇新堡紅葡萄酒，只有在極佳的年份(2003/2005)才有生產。
2005年份採用100% Grenache釀造，葡萄全部來自La Crau地區百年以上的老藤，產量僅125箱，
並擁有30年以上的窖藏潛力。Robert M. Parker Jr. 評分為99+，是難得一見的珍稀極品。
本酒建議與紅肉料理、帶有醬料的料理、野味(山鷸、野豬)和半熟成乳酪搭配享用。
