1997年，奇李卡努酒莊（Kilikanoon Wines）創立於澳洲的克雷兒谷（Clare Valley）。莊主Kevin Mitchel為釀酒工程出身，1993年開始在酒廠工作，經歷多家名莊歷練，1997起開啟了自我的事業。短短幾年，奇李卡努酒莊已成為澳洲葡萄酒業的黑馬，繳出驚人的成績，2002年一舉榮獲六塊澳洲酒展的冠軍獎牌。
